You’ll greet guests, manage check ins, handle phone calls and emails, and deliver exceptional service with a solution-driven, can-do spirit. Ensure smooth check-outs and accurate payment handling with a gracious touch.Phone & Email Management: Answer calls with a welcoming tone, addressing inquiries, bookings, and requests. Respond to emails promptly, blending professionalism with the charm of our heritage-inspired ethos.Guest Relations: Craft personalised, memorable experiences, anticipating needs with a friendly, proactive approach. Go above and beyond—nothing is too much trouble—to delight our guests.Organisation & Administration: Keep reservations precise, update booking systems, and manage daily logs with care.
