HIRING: Resource Executive - £30,000 – £45,000 per annum, DOE / Permanent and Hybrid A global professional services firm is seeking a Resource Executive to join its Central Legal Services team. This new role, created due to team expansion, will support work allocation and resource planning across a busy international practice. The Resource Management team currently includes a Senior Manager in London, supported by several Secretarial Team Leaders and PAs who also contribute to resourcing responsibilities.The successful candidate will help manage staff deployment, monitor utilisation, identify resource risks, support onboarding, and contribute to recruitment planning. You’ll also maintain the internal opportunity board, liaise with stakeholders, and provide support on systems and training.We’re looking for someone with at least one year’s experience in work allocation or resource management ideally from a legal or professional services background (such as accountancy or consultancy).
