This is a key role focused on delivering efficient, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant heating services to residents.You’ll be the in-house expert on communal and district heat networks, ensuring systems run smoothly, energy billing is accurate, arrears are minimised, and customer queries are resolved with empathy and professionalism.
