⭐️ Head of Training & Competence📍 Remote Based (with travel as/when required)💰 c.£90,000 + BenefitsOur client is a leading wealth management firm committed to delivering exceptional financial advice and long-term value to their clients. With a growing network of advisers and a strong compliance culture, they are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Training and Competence (T&C) to lead the development, oversight, and execution of their T&C framework.Role & Responsibilities: 📋Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the firm’s T&C scheme in line with FCA requirements (including SYSC and COBS).Monitor adviser competence through KPIs, file reviews, supervision records, and performance data.Oversee the onboarding, induction, and supervision of new advisers and supervisors.Work with senior leaders to identify training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions across the business.Ensure advisers meet CPD, SPS, and exam requirements to maintain competency.Provide coaching and support to supervisors, team leaders, and advisers to ensure effective development and risk management.Lead regular T&C audits and MI reporting for the board and regulatory stakeholders.Act as a key point of contact for regulatory changes affecting training and competence.Do you have the following to apply? ✅Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent) as a minimumSenior T&C experience within the wealth management industryStrong experience in adviser supervisionDue to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to everyone directly.
