Head of Risk StrategyOur Life and Pensions client is looking for a highly skilled Head of Risk Strategy to join their team for a 3 months initial contractSkills Required:Ability to design and evolve a Enterprise Risk Management Framework that is practical, scalable and relevant to the businessHas first hand experience of writing an ORSA for a life and pensions company; and of producing Board and Exec level reporting that is impactful on the top risks affecting the GroupDeep understanding of the traditional risks types that could affect a life company β like credit, capital and liquidity, operational and conduct; and growing knowledge of emerging tech/AI and data risksSolid experience of leading stress and scenario testing at an enterprise level and being able to identify severe but plausible risks to our business model.Strong understanding of existing and emerging UK regulation and ability to translate into a practical risk strategies for the business.An experienced risk professional from an actuarial/Finance background.
