The Head of Reward is responsible for designing and executing the organization's global Total Rewards Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and values. This includes supporting the company’s aim to be a leading partner in its industry. The role ensures the organization's reward offerings are competitive, scalable, equitable, and aligned with its core values. The Head of Reward will lead initiatives to attract, retain, and engage employees while managing pay equity, performance-based rewards, and benefits packages that support global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy
    • Develop and implement a global reward strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management.
    • Ensure alignment with company objectives and culture, promoting a “Higher Reward for Higher Performance” ethos.
    • Create scalable and regionally adaptable reward models.
  • Compensation
    • Manage executive compensation plans and long-term incentives, including equity-based rewards (e.g., RSUs).
    • Oversee compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary progression frameworks.
    • Ensure pay equity and update compensation practices through regular audits.
    • Lead RSU lifecycle processes, including eligibility, grant facilitation, and compliance coordination.

    • Design globally consistent but locally relevant benefits programs.
    • Manage wellness initiatives, insurance, retirement plans, and flexible work arrangements.

    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax rules, and reporting obligations.
    • Create governance mechanisms for reward programs.
    • Act as liaison across HR, Finance, and governance stakeholders for equity-related matters.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align reward strategies with business needs.
    • Present insights on market trends and program effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Market Trends
    • Monitor industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in total rewards offerings.
    • Introduce creative reward initiatives aligned with performance and impact objectives.
