This brand operates in a truly innovative way and is completely customer obsessed.The RoleThe Head of Product – Digital & eCommerce will lead and support a team of product managers driving the strategy, development and optimisation of the brand’s global digital products. It’s an instrumental role in defining the eCommerce landscape across website and mobile applications to enable a seamless, engaging, high-performing digital experience. You will oversee strategic focus areas such as optimised product pages, recommendations, promotions and checkout experiences, you will enhance product discovery and differentiation and you will lead initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, loyalty and omnichannel experiences. • You will define and execute the Digital eCommerce product strategy • You will actively support the team in translating strategic objectives into executional roadmaps • You will own and evolve the brand’s value proposition for their digital channels • You will ensure seamless customer journeys, from product discovery to post-purchase engagement, leveraging AI, first-party data and personalisation strategies • You will shape the technology strategy for eCommerce, ensuring scalability, efficiency and relevance to business and customer needs, whilst making buy vs build assessments • You will own the commercial performance of the brand’s digital product portfolio • You will own CRM & Loyalty initiatives • You will establish a clear product development framework, champion best practises and foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture The Person • 8+ years in digital product management, eCommerce, or a related field – with a heavy focus on customer engagement and digital sales growth • Proven ability to lead multiple product development tracks, balancing execution speed with strategic impact • Strong track-record in CRO, PDP innovation, checkout experience improvements and customer engagement • Deep expertise in first-party data strategies, AI-driven personalisation, and commercial data analysis • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, AI-powered recommendations, and CRM-driven engagement strategies • Experience working with AI-driven personalisation tools, CRM platforms, and loyalty frameworks • Ability to define and assess business cases, P&L impact, and revenue driving initiatives • High attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. • Experience mentoring and coaching Product Managers, driving execution excellence and enabling career development
