As the business scales, the Head of People will play a pivotal role - not only leading the HR function but also partnering with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies that align with corporate goals and growth plans.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a tech business - ideally within SaaS - and will be comfortable operating in a lean structure without reliance on HR subject matter experts.
