Weβre working with an innovative biotech advancing a first-in-class CNS/rare disease therapy as they prepare for their first commercial launch. They are now hiring a senior leader to build and lead market access strategy, starting in the UK, then expanding across key EU markets. This is a high-impact, permanent role for someone ready to shape access strategy from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning UK market access planning and execution (pricing, reimbursement, HTA submission)
- Leading early engagement with MHRA, NICE, and other UK stakeholders
- Designing and scaling a European access strategy for France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and beyond
- Developing value propositions and evidence generation plans for rare/CNS indications
- Acting as a key strategic voice within global leadership and cross-functional teams
Ideal profile:
- 12β15+ years of senior market access experience across the UK and Europe
- Strong background in rare disease and/or CNS
- Track record of HTA success, pricing negotiations, and payer engagement
- Proven leadership in building and scaling access functions in biotech/pharma
