If so, keep reading…The RoleProvide strategic legal leadership across all business units within the region.Act as the key legal advisor to senior management and regional boards.Manage a wide variety of commercial, corporate, and project-related legal matters.Negotiate high-value contracts and support risk review processes.Lead on dispute resolution, pre-litigation strategy, and litigation management.Serve as Company Secretary for regional entities and ensure sound corporate governance.Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy frameworks.Mentor and manage a regional legal team of eight professionals.Contribute to global legal strategy and collaborate with international legal peers.Support internal training on legal, integrity, and contract matters.The PersonA Master of Law degree and a valid UK practising certificate (SRA-registered).7+ years of post-qualification experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.Proven leadership of legal teams and capability to advise C-suite and board stakeholders.Deep understanding of contract law (including FIDIC, NEC4, or equivalent frameworks).Strong commercial judgement and ability to lead negotiations in high-stakes environments.Experience in compliance, data privacy, and integrity-related investigations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.Interested?Please send you CV immediately and availability for a call to nickie.lynch@hunterphilips.comwww.hunterphilips.comNickie LynchSenior Legal Head Hunter
