  • Lead the creation and distribution of internal content, including newsletters, leadership messages, intranet updates, and employee campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Group Marcoms, HR, H&S) to ensure timely and accurate communication of key initiatives.
  • Support change management efforts, including corporate messaging, organisational updates, product launches, and compliance training.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for internal events, including town halls, leadership Q&As, and employee recognition programs.
  • Measure the impact of internal communications and use the insights gained to refine your strategies.
  • Setting up a network of communications champions globally to drive engagement.
  • Ensure all internal messaging is consistent with brand voice and compliant with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, MHRA, ISO 13485).
  • Manage agency relations to ensure value for money and delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical information into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in developing content strategies for a wide range of communications platforms, including social media, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in a highly regulated industry.
  • Have developed Internal Communications Strategies in geographically dispersed matrix organisations.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a GMP or ISO 13485-compliant environment.
  • Experience of medtech or pharma.
  • Experience with employee engagement analytics and feedback tools.
  • Digital/social media/AI hands-on experience.
  • Experience writing for translation.
  • Bilingual.
  • Willing to travel within the Group.
