The Ad Professor is one of the most talked-about creative performance agencies in the world and we’re hiring a Head of Creative to lead our growing team and set the creative bar across paid media, organic content, influencer collaborations, and full-scale brand campaigns. This is not your traditional Creative Director role. We\'re looking for someone who is culturally fluent, social-native, and a creative leader who knows how to craft campaigns that convert.Responsibilities:Creative direction across paid media, UGC, influencer, and brand campaignsIdeation and execution of scroll-stopping short-form contentLeading a multi-disciplinary remote creative team (video, design, strategy, copy)Elevating the agency’s creative reputation and campaign resultsBackground:Experience at top performance or creative agencies (e.g. Vayner, Born, Goat, OK Cool)Obsession with short-form content, creator trends, and social storytellingProven ability to build high-converting creative that drives business outcomesHigh EQ leadership—clear, collaborative, decisiveVision, Energy, and structure without ego or rigidityDetails:Compensation: $80-100k
