About the Role
Compass Associates are proud to partner with a respected and values-driven care group in the search for an experienced Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, luxury nursing home within the Havant area. As the Commissioning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality service from day one, leading, inspiring, and building a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in a setting designed to feel like home.
The Ideal Candidate
