We are currently recruiting for a Group General Manager to work with us in Oxford.This is an exciting opportunity to work across two sites that provide exceptional hospitality services and staff dining.Location: 0X12 0DQSalary: Β£50,000 β Β£55,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday β Friday β sociable hoursKey Responsibilities:Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offeringLead, develop and manage the team staff members of 20+, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual businessEnsure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budgetManaging exciting projects within the sites from creation to delivery Develop plans to expand and enhance catering servicesStay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideasImplement sustainable practices and stay innovativeUnderstand client needs and ensure their expectations are exceededWhat\βs in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
