We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Content Creator/Graphic Designer to join our team on a maternity cover contract, in our offices, located in St Albans. About YouThis is an exciting role for a creative who has at least 3 years\' experience. You will help support a compelling brand story across digital and customer touch points, elevating the REGALROSE look and feel with best in class creative. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity for development, where youβll have real sway in helping form the creative direction of Regalrose. Requirements and Skills- Keen eye for new and evolving design aesthetics and current trends with high design values and attention to detail - Experience with creating assets to brand guidelines - Natural flare and experience with product photography (via phone and DSLR camera) - Experience in creating gifs, reels and campaign videos with excellent video editing skills - Experience in preparing files for social, web, email, and adverts eg. crops, file types and sizes for the various platforms and applications - You enjoy ideation and you are confident articulating your ideas. You can play the lead role but you also enjoy working within a small collaborative team - A keen interest in social media, ideally with your own personal account with original content - You enjoy a fast-paced environment and varied role that requires multi-tasking and project management skills - Ability to meet deadlines, managing multiple simultaneous projects - Excellent communication, ability to organise and swiftly work through feedback, with great attention to detailThe Role and Accountabilities- Transform top level collection and event campaign creative and brand strategies into engaging content across platforms. - Assist in the annual promotional campaign calendar by creating fresh and compelling content for an array of marketing channels and platforms. - Create gifs, reels, videos, photography and graphics providing support to brand building initiates and lifestyle content. - Work as part of a creative team within the Marketing Department- Attend collection campaign shoots and events to shoot additional, supporting content- Organise and manage capsule collection content from brief to execution - Retouching occasional ad-hoc images as needed - Organise, manage and maintain all marketing assets, files and folders - Support Social Media campaigns with brand aligned graphics and photography - Create content that represents the vibe of new collections - Create content for promotional activity across social, email, website, and digital ads - Produce content for website, including banners, homepage, collection pages and product imagery.- Create compelling copywriting for collection launches, including high level descriptions, taglines & product descriptions. Qualifications Required- At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role - B2C experience preferred working within a fashion lifestyle orientated brand - Graduate degree qualification - Highly experienced with relevant software packages including Photoshop, Illustrator, Inshot, & CapCut.- Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is a big plus Due to the nature of our business, our peak time stretches from November to January. As a small yet growing business, annual leave must be kept to a minimum during those months.
