What you will do:
- Lead therapeutic group sessions to help individuals enhance their speech and communication skills.
- Develop personalized one-to-one rapport with service users to encourage engagement and empower their recovery journey.
- Manage a designated caseload utilizing both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, design, implement tailored interventions, and evaluate outcomes to ensure alignment with care plans.
- Demonstrate expert skills in managing complex cases, considering cultural and linguistic differences, and generating effective strategies for caseload management.
- Conduct audits and participate in research to enhance therapeutic treatments.
- Apply specialist knowledge in neuro-behavioural, brain injury, and specialist care.
To be successful in this role:
- Hold an HCPC registration.
- Possess experience managing a caseload involving the assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
