Responsibilities- Lead the global VM strategy across retail and wholesale channels.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all store formats.
- Develop seasonal floor sets, window displays, and in-store visuals.
- Collaborate with buying, retail, and marketing teams for aligned execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of regional VM leads.
- Conduct store visits and VM audits across key markets.
- Optimise space planning, fixture layouts, and customer flow.
- Track performance and adapt strategy based on retail insights.
- Extensive VM experience in luxury or premium fashion.
