To continue our growth, we are now looking for an individual with French, Arabic and English-speaking skills to join our EMEA team as a Sensory Specialist.The RoleAs a Global Sensory Specialist, you will be part of a Global team of Sensory Managers with responsibility for growing FlavorActiV’s business and portfolio within the Food & Beverage sector. You will do this through furthering relationships with existing key accounts and through developing new business, either in areas with potential for high growth, or where additional business would be strategically relevant. You will be responsible for delivering Sensory Training to our food and beverage customers, which can be producers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (in-person and at-distance), traveling to customer locations and attending industry trade shows and events.Requirements Essential · Expert fluency in French and Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), Intermediate to Expert in English, and ideallybased in Morocco to provide high quality local support to our clients.· Strategic account management.· Experience of building successful and durable client relationships.· Active listener.· Leadership skills.· Effective communicator.· Time management.· Problem-solving.· Analytical skills.· Exemplary customer service.· Ability to work cross functionally.· Proven experience within the food & beverage Industry.· Able to travel mainly to Africa and Middle East for up to 2 weeks at a time.Desired but not Essential· Results orientated, self-starter with a commercial mindset who can prioritize activities to achieve targeted revenue growth.· Experience of CRM systems.· Experience in delivering training related workshops· Experience in presenting to customers at a professional level· Bachelor’s degree in business, science or a related field.· 2-3 years of experience in sales.· Practical experience in sensory evaluation.Remuneration: €28k – €30k per annum
