We’re looking for a Global Sales Director to lead the development and delivery of our international sales strategy. This senior role will be pivotal in driving profitable growth across four core global regions: UK & Europe, Americas, APAC, and MEA.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing a regional hub structure and establishing the most effective go-to-market routes – including direct sales, distribution, value partners, and online channels. Working closely with hub managers, marketing, and senior leadership, you’ll ensure the business remains agile, competitive, and customer-focused.

This is a hands-on, strategic role with full accountability for setting and achieving global sales targets, shaping commercial processes, and developing a high-performing, results-driven sales force. As a key leadership figure, you’ll also represent the business at global events and be a voice of authority in the market. Regular international travel will be required to support regional teams, partners, and customers.

We’re seeking a commercially focused, strategic sales leader with a strong track record of international success and team development. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum HND in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience managing international sales teams and multiple routes to market (e.g. distribution, direct, OEM).
  • Experience with full P&L responsibility and delivering consistent year-on-year sales growth.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a data-led approach to KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales, and the ability to scale and optimize global sales structures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to mentor and inspire teams globally.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing markets and lead in a competitive environment.
