We are partnering with a large technology company that is seeking an experienced Global Pension & Benefits Manager to join their Reward team and play a key role in shaping the future of their total reward offering. Reporting into the Director of Reward, this role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically at a senior level, driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience and ensure the benefits and pensions provision remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s values.What You’ll Be DoingDesign & Delivery: Support the development and execution of the pensions and benefits strategy, ensuring policies are well-governed, modern, and effectively delivered.Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with pension trustee teams, support governance activities, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation.Engagement & Communication: Lead annual renewals, benefits reviews, and colleague engagement campaigns—ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication.Continuous Improvement: Use data, market insight, and internal feedback to identify opportunities to improve our total reward offer and colleague experience.What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of pension governance, benefits legislation, and best practice.Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels of the business.Experience managing third-party providers and leading projects.Exposure to pensions and recognition programmes is desirable.Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms).A confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.Location: Central LondonHybrid Working: 1-2 days in the office per weekIf you are an experienced Reward professional with a strong background in pensions and benefits, we’d love to hear from you.
