This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of skincare education worldwide, setting the direction for how they engage professionals, inspire customers and strengthen their brand presence across markets.You’ll be responsible for evolving their global education approach, ensuring it’s innovative, commercially impactful and locally relevant. From designing world-class learning experiences to representing the brand at international events, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on influence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine a forward-thinking global education framework that supports both commercial and brand objectives.Enhance their learning platforms and resources to deliver seamless, engaging experiences for professionals and partners.Work with international teams to ensure educational content is culturally relevant and market-specific.Build trusted relationships with key industry figures, distributors and training partners to strengthen engagement.Drive innovation in education delivery, from digital learning solutions to live events.Act as a brand ambassador on the global stage, representing our educational philosophy with authority and credibility.Support and mentor regional education teams to uphold consistent standards worldwide.About You:They’re looking for an inspiring leader with the passion and expertise to make education a genuine driver of growth.
