The Global Executive Talent Scout is responsible for the delivery of high-quality executive-level candidates by utilizing strategic candidate development methodologies, internal and external networks, a deep understanding of professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives in partnership with Executive Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and the Hiring Managers.

The role works closely with the Global Executive Recruiting Team to deliver high-quality external talent for executive roles across the organization. The incumbent will support proactive searches and talent pipeline projects globally.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and execute the initial outreach strategy to identify viable candidates for Director level and above positions, understanding the business strategy and relevant talent pipelines.
  • In partnership with the respective executive recruiter, lead research, outlining needs & talent gaps and active/passive candidate development.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble pipelines of talent for niche jobs.
  • Initiate first-round candidate contact, network with referral sources and effectively communicate the opportunity to contacted individuals.
  • Establish trustful relationships that can be converted into hires, fill our future talent pipelines or provide valuable referrals from the executive community.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining company target lists, search status reports, position specifications, and market maps of the talent pipeline and participating in all relevant meetings (in-take/kick-off meetings as well status update meetings) for the assigned roles.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information on active and passive talents in the Applicant Tracking system and LinkedIn Pipeline folders.
  • Build relationships with the candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers by leading with the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the sourcing and candidate engagement process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant, and recent experience in sourcing/researching in either an executive search firm or corporate setting.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing creative candidate identification strategies that result in the identification and delivery of high-caliber, highly compensated executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and nurture relationships with talent pools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, and PPT), applicant tracking systems, and search management systems are required.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills are required.
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and thorough attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent talent assessment skills are required.
  • Strong business acumen is required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and make decisions is required.
  • Experience in consumer, industrial, and functional recruiting is preferred.
  • Experience with market intelligence and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Experience in full life cycle executive recruitment is preferred.
