The Data / Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to deliver data driven insights and business requirements for case management and CRM solutions. The role focuses on optimizing customer, sales, and service processes using CRM platforms, with exposure to Salesforce, while ensuring alignment with Barclays' governance, risk, and compliance standards.
This role is suitable for a hands-on analyst who can bridge business needs and technical delivery, particularly in environments involving customer cases, workflows, reporting, and CRM driven analytics.
Key Accountabilities- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM and case management solutions
- Analyze and optimize case lifecycle workflows, SLAs, and operational processes
- Perform data analysis and reporting to generate insights on customer, sales, and service performance
- Partner with business, technology, and QA teams to support Agile delivery and UAT
- Support CRM platforms (including Salesforce) for enhancements, reporting, and adoption
- Ensure solutions comply with risk, control, and regulatory standards within Barclays
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in enterprise environments
- Proven exposure to CRM or case management systems
- Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (cases, reports, dashboards, or UAT support)
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum delivery models with relevant tools
- Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and problem solving skills
