This is a lovely role for a German speaker who likes customer care and is based around the Reading area. There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is within the automotive sector and you will deal with plenty of classic inbound calls. The team you will be joining is award-winning and really cares about its customers. You will be expected to take your time with each call, listen to the caller, make helpful suggestions, and generally be very supportive. There is an admin content in this role which makes it more varied and the team is friendly and warm.
You will support automotive dealerships in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria and will be the front line representative of the company. This is an inbound role.
