We're working with a studio who publish premium indie games. With a number of upcoming releases, the studio is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Games Producer to join and support the team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite required at the London office.

About You:

  • You’re fluent in Mandarin and have solid business-level writing skills in the language.
  • You’ve got hands-on experience guiding games through development and release.
  • Passionate about games.
  • You’re comfortable switching between strategic thinking and detailed task execution.
  • You know how to communicate clearly and drive teams toward hitting quality benchmarks on schedule.
  • You take initiative, think practically, and find inventive solutions when roadblocks come up.
  • You’re located near central London and available to be in the office twice per week.

Your Role:

  • You’ll help shepherd games from early-stage concepts through launch and ongoing updates.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with external studios to ensure their vision comes through while staying on timeline.
  • You’ll coordinate across teams in the UK, US, and Greater China to manage milestones and releases for indie PC and console titles.
  • You’ll organize gameplay testing and turn feedback into actionable development priorities.
  • You’ll regularly update stakeholders on progress, identify potential risks, and guide efforts to keep things on track.
  • You’ll also work alongside Chinese business and production teams as part of the broader publishing effort.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in a production or publishing role, ideally involving China-based developers.
  • A strong, demonstrable background in managing game projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a close eye on detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple demands and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working with multidisciplinary, distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting titles after launch is a definite plus.
