Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and technically versatile Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team at LITTA. This role is ideal for someone excited by both building scalable platforms and delivering smart automation that drives operational efficiency. You will work across the entire development lifecycle, contributing to internal tools, customer-facing web applications, and cross-platform mobile apps. You’ll also help us streamline manual processes by integrating APIs, using automation tools, and embedding AI-driven features where applicable. Key Accountabilities:
- Full Stack Engineering & System Integration
- Build and maintain scalable frontend experiences with Vue 3, TypeScript, and responsive UI frameworks.
- Develop and optimise backend services using Node.js, Firebase Functions, and Google Cloud tools.
- Integrate third-party APIs (e.g. Stripe, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack) into our systems.
- Use tools like n8n, Postman, and custom scripts to support automation and workflow integration.
- Monitor, test, and deploy software through GitHub Actions or other CI/CD platforms.
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using solutions such as Capacitor or Ionic.
- Manage builds and submissions to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Ensure consistent UX/UI across platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Integrate native device functionality where needed (camera, location, notifications).
- Collaborate with QA to test and optimise mobile performance and stability.
- Smart Automation & AI Tools
- Identify and automate manual business processes using tools like n8n and custom scripts.
- Utilise OpenAI/GPT APIs and other LLMs for intelligent automation or content generation.
- Recommend and implement enhancements based on business needs or workflow gaps.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work with product, operations, and leadership teams to gather technical requirements.
- Proactively propose improvements to application performance, UX, and process automation.
- Document systems, workflows, and logic for maintainability and team onboarding.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Over 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles, ideally in product-driven startups or scaleups.
- Proven expertise with Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Firebase (Functions, Firestore, Hosting).
- Strong experience deploying and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps using Capacitor or Ionic, with successful submissions to both App Store and Google Play.
- Experience using AI/LLM tools, such as OpenAI APIs, to enhance automation and intelligent workflows.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and serverless/cloud-based architecture.
- Confidence in writing maintainable, production-grade TypeScript/JavaScript code across the frontend and backend.
- Comfortable with tools and platforms such as n8n, Postman, GitHub Actions, and Google Cloud Services.
- A strong ownership mindset, able to deliver end-to-end features with minimal supervision, and proactively solve complex problems.
Desirables:
- A formal degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous work in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced agile development team.
- Solid UI/UX intuition, with the ability to turn wireframes or rough concepts into polished user interfaces.
- Experience tuning and scaling Firebase-based backends, including performance monitoring and query optimisation.
