This role requires strong skills in joinery detailing and the ability to translate creative presentations into accurate technical drawings.The ideal candidate must be confident working independently while collaborating closely with our design team to deliver comprehensive tender and construction drawing packages to a high standard.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Produce full tender and construction drawing sets for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projectsDevelop detailed joinery drawings to exacting specificationsInterpret and translate creative design presentations into technical documentationCollaborate with interior designers and project leads to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intentRevise drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance with industry standardsMaintain organized, well-documented drawing files throughout the project lifecycleSKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Proven experience producing tender and construction drawing packs for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projectsStrong expertise in joinery detailing (bespoke cabinetry, millwork, etc.)Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 5 years\’ experience)Ability to work quickly and accurately under direction from a design teamExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesUnderstanding of UK building regulations or equivalent Immediate or near immediate availabilityFluent in English, both written and verbal.
