About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our visionary CEO in a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech start-up. In a role similar to a Founder Associate, you'll gain first-hand experience across the breadth of business operations — from strategic decision-making to event execution — while helping to scale a disruptive product.
You’ll be a right-handed person to the CEO and integral to the company’s success. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, looking for accelerated career growth in a mission-driven company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the CEO with the development and execution of business strategies
- Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business and coordinating between teams
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensuring clear, professional, and consistent communication across channels
- Collaborating across departments to gather insights and resources
- Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and event schedules
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assisting with the organisation of high-profile online trade shows and virtual events
- Supporting content creation across marketing and communications

- A candidate who shares our big vision and wants to build something meaningful and lasting, like XpoFairs
- Someone with a strong work ethic, who is genuinely excited by the chance to be part of something big — this is not a role for someone looking for a routine or 'just a job.'
- You’ll need to be adaptable, driven, and ready to give 100% — because you’ll be right at the heart of an ambitious company about to scale on a global level
- Someone who is highly tech-savvy and genuinely interested in how software can improve business performance — you'll be expected to quickly adopt and work with tools like CRM platforms, mailing systems, Canva, and other productivity software that supports our growth and efficiency.
- A strong interest in AI and technology
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a dynamic or high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university (First or high 2:1 preferred). We will also consider A grades at A level or equivalent.
