They’re now looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to help take their innovation to the next level. The Role This is a wide-ranging and rewarding role at the heart of the company’s mission to deliver delicious and nutritious food for their eager customers. You’ll lead exciting NPD and EPD projects from concept through to supermarket shelf – developing new ideas, trialling them with manufacturers, and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, nutrition and care. From managing critical paths and factory trials to refining packaging solutions and co-ordinating tastings, no two days will be the same.You’ll also play a vital role in shaping the future of the brand’s existing product range – making sure every meal is tasty and nourishing. This includes analysing sales performance with the Commercial team and identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation. You\’ll run regular benchmarking, evaluate customer feedback, and work closely with manufacturing partners to drive continuous improvement across current products. You will make sure that the products are the best they can be, and you’ll ensure technical and regulatory integrity as well as ensuring commercial viability and market impact. The Candidate We’re looking for a bright and engaging foodie with a real passion for nutrition and innovation. You’ll have a few years’ experience in product development, ideally within chilled or fresh categories, and a strong understanding of technical processes and project management. You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Educated to degree level, you’ll bring excellent communication skills and an ability to work with everyone from suppliers and manufacturers to creative agencies and internal teams.
