Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing, forward-thinking business? We're working with a fast-expanding fire specialist that supports both commercial and residential clients. Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join their team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of fire and security systems, making sure everything is compliant, fully operational and safe. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, from routine maintenance visits to responding to emergency call-outs, you'll play a key role in keeping clients protected and systems running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems, CCTV (VSS) and other security systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
- Responding to reactive and emergency call-outs
- Completing clear and accurate service reports
- Ensuring all work meets current legislation and industry standards
- Taking part in an on-call rota
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer
- Good IT knowledge, including networks and connected devices
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
