Minerva provides a broad range of effective and reliable IT services to small and medium size businesses across all industry sectors. We are currently looking to fill the full-time position of Financial Software Application Consultant. The successful candidate will possess the attributes listed below and be proficient in standard IT systems such as the Microsoft Office 365 productivity suite.
Key attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and ERP software, although additional training will be given
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience required (essential):
- Experience in basic bookkeeping and some financial software
- AA&T level 2 or 3
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide daily support services to customers using financial management and ERP software
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with software configuration and customisation
- Conduct training sessions for customers on software usage
- Document and report on customer interactions and software issues
For the right candidate there is the opportunity to expand the role. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.00 excluding public holidays. Minerva offers a hybrid and flexible working pattern. We would suggest the candidate is within reasonable commutable reach of our Potters Bar offices.
