The team value autonomy, impact, and open communication – and the role offers meaningful scope to shape processes and drive commercial decision-making.The RoleWe’re searching for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations and play a key role in enabling continued growth across multiple UK and international sites.Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll lead month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and controls, while also business partnering with GMs and department heads to improve profitability. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong grounding in hospitality or multi-site operations, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Key Responsibilities:Own the month-end process and deliver timely, accurate management accounts and board reportsLead the budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cyclesEnsure accurate revenue recognition and cost capture across venues, including margin and labour cost analysisCollaborate with GMs and operational teams to identify performance improvements and drive profitabilityImprove financial workflows, controls, and reporting systems (e.g., process improvements, systems upgrades)Oversee compliance with UK and international tax and accounting standards, including support on VAT returnsProvide training and financial insights to non-finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and understandingSupport cash flow management, debtor collection, and cost optimisation initiativesAssist in developing financial plans that underpin long-term strategic growthWhat we’re looking for (essential):ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar in a multi-site hospitality, events or retail environmentStrong understanding of month-end processes, revenue and cost accounting, and management reportingComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple prioritiesExcellent communicator and confident in partnering with non-finance stakeholdersStrong Excel skillsWhat we’d love to see (non-essential):Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth hospitality businessBackground in mentoring and developing junior finance team membersFamiliarity with financial operations in international marketsPackage:£60,000 – £75,000 base salary + comprehensive benefitsPlease send your CV directly to dan@harmonicfinance.com or click apply above.At Harmonic, we’re committed to building diverse and inclusive workplaces.
