About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business unit leaders with timely, data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and performance. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and help shape the financial strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Production)
  • Provide detailed analysis on pricing, volumes, fixed costs, and production costs
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, focusing on fixed and personnel costs
  • Track and validate monthly expenses and sales data
  • Prepare bonus accrual analysis in collaboration with Credit Control
  • Analyse pricing trends, margin evolution, and cost structures
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Anticipate financial trends impacting margins and the P&L
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, offering insights and constructive challenge
  • Share tools, training, and best practices across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in FP&A or business partnering roles
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
