Private Pilates & Personal Trainer – Egypt with Extensive International TravelLocation: Egypt (Primary Base) + Extensive Travel to Other Home Bases and Worldwide DestinationsSalary: €5,000 – €6,000 per monthOverviewWe are seeking a Private Pilates & Personal Trainer to work closely with UHNW individuals, supporting their health and wellness goals across multiple international locations.The role will focus primarily on a Pilates-led wellness programme, while also providing support with mobility and toning for overall health and wellbeing.This position requires an exceptional trainer with a calm, down-to-earth personality, capable of building trusted relationships while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. The role is based in Egypt, with extensive international travel to various residences and destinations worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one training sessions including:Pilates (Reformer and Mat)Personal Training focused on toning and healthYoga-inspired Mobility and FlexibilityDesign bespoke programmes tailored to clients’ fitness levels, goals, and lifestyleTravel extensively with the family and adapt sessions to suit different environmentsMaintain a highly discreet, respectful, and professional approach at all times.ScheduleFlexibility is essential due to travel and occasional last-minute changesMust be available across all 7 days of the week, operating in a standby mode unless otherwise informedYou will not be training for more than 4 hours a day maximum, and there is plenty of downtime in between sessions.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of professional experienceCertified in:Pilates Instruction (Reformer & Mat preferred)Personal TrainingYoga, Mobility, or Rehabilitation SupportPhysiotherapy background and experience in rehab/recovery is highly desirable, though not mandatoryFluent in EnglishSocial media presence reflecting a healthy, positive lifestyle is preferredEmotionally intelligent, warm, and relatable, yet consistently professionalAble to adjust workouts on the spot and handle schedule changes calmly and confidentlyComfortable being flexible, responsive, and available on short noticePersonal AttributesDiscreet and respectful of confidentiality; experienced in private, high-profile settingsAdaptable and open to extensive travelPassionate about holistic health and wellnessConfident working with clients of varying needs and fitness backgroundsWarm and kind demeanour with a genuine, down-to-earth personalityStrong independence – you’ll need to be comfortable exploring new destinations on your own
