Since starting in January 2020, we have supported over 500,000 customers through dedicated operations and fulfilment Centres in the USA, UK, and Europe.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in the Covent Garden/Seven Dials area of London.As Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing personalised fashion advice, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, offering exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their style preferences, making tailored recommendations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
