We are on the hunt for an experienced Buyer who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering stand-out product ranges that break the mould.

You will work closely with our talented design and merchandising teams to bring unforgettable product stories to life each season.
AS OUR BUYER, YOU WILL:
- Be a key driver in our product strategy - blending commercial know-how with that unmistakable Joe Browns flair.
- Inspire and develop junior team members (BAAs, ABs & JBs), helping them carve out exciting career paths.
- Constantly challenge the status quo and seek smarter, more efficient ways of working across the team.
- Build and shape ranges that are eclectic, vibrant, and always customer-first.
- Onboard and nurture supplier relationships - we work globally, and you’ll need a multi-product background to match.
- Be hands-on with trend, print, shape, and colour - maintaining our bestsellers while constantly pushing newness.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Building clear, commercial strategies from lessons learnt and trading data to drive sales and product improvements.
- Overseeing your department's performance, holding direct reports accountable while offering daily support and motivation.
- Collaborating with Merchandising to build and plan OTB, pricing architectures, and well-balanced seasonal buys.
- Working across long and short lead supply chains - both Far East and closer to home.
- Driving fabric innovation and sourcing, including sustainable fabrications and trims.
- Taking ownership of Monday Trade, launch planning, and stock management to ensure timely, impactful product drops.
- Forecasting volume programmes, conducting cross-costing exercises, and identifying margin opportunities.
- Attending design and trend meetings to ensure we stay one step ahead - with a product range as bold as our customer.
