Join a leading space and satellite communications company in Farnborough with a hybrid working model. This innovative space technology business is developing next-generation satellite payload and communications platforms, delivering high-performance solutions for global connectivity. The team is now looking for an Embedded Software Test & Validation Engineer to support the system-level testing and validation of advanced baseband and antenna products.
You will work closely with software, hardware, and RF teams to define test strategies, investigate system-level issues, and help drive product quality across complex embedded platforms.
For this Embedded Software Test & Validation Engineer role, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience testing embedded systems
- Ability to develop and execute system test plans
- Strong Python experience for test automation platforms
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
- Experience using hardware test equipment
- Ideally, knowledge of RF fundamentals or satellite/communications systems
