Materials Analysis is an Oxford Instruments Business Unit that manages our Electron Microscopy and Mechanical Microscopy products, Atomic Force Microscopes, Raman Microscopes and Benchtop NMR Products. We are part of the wider Oxford Instruments Group that also includes Andor Technology, NanoScience, Plasma Technology and X-Ray Technology. Seeing issues from the customer’s perspective and representing the customers point of viewTo make sure all export and NLR letters are confirmed and WMD and products are good to ship to the customerTo prepare all required documentation to enable delivery in the UK and worldwide of company products. This will include Invoices, packing list, EUR1, ATR1, Certificate of Origins, Consignment notes and any other documents relating to Letter of Credits or Customs requirements.Support and inform management of any issues impacting customer delivery and satisfaction and suggest and implement solutions and improvements.Letters of Credit shipments and liase with customers and chase paymentsUpdate weekly list on credit holds and liase with accountsNext steps:If you’d like to learn more before applying, or have any questions please contact abby.gelder@oxinst.com.
