PURPOSE OF ROLEHeart is expanding its creative offering, and we are looking for talented people that can help broaden our capabilities. Our work spans a variety of mediums, including but not limited to experiential event design, creative strategy, social and digital briefs, branding design and production, partnership strategy and activation, and more. This brief is for an experiential creative to play a key role in developing and delivering innovative creative concepts that bring our clients’ briefs to life. Working closely with Heart’s ECD, strategy lead, and design team, you will be working across a range of projects and clients with lots of opportunities to make your mark.This is a fantastic time to join the team - along with plenty of exciting opportunities to grow our client portfolio, Heart is currently working on a range of big sporting and entertainment events that the right candidate will play a key role in.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTSYou are a hands-on mid-level to senior experiential creative who is confident in shaping creative concepts, with the ability to step up and lead projects and teams when required. You have experience in creating compelling multi-channel solutions with a focus on experiential and live events. First and foremost, you are a brilliant creative thinker, a problem solver that thrives on a challenge. You have strong brand storytelling skills, and a strategic knack for getting to the heart of a problem. You have a great eye for design backed up with big picture thinking. Responsibilities:Play a hands-on role in concepting and delivering outstanding creative work, working collaboratively with creative, strategy, design, production and account teams Develop and articulate compelling ideas for clients through well-crafted decks and presentations that effectively communicate your visionCraft ideas and experiences that break traditional formats and meaningfully engage with cultureDefine experiential programming, consumer journeys, and physical components that enhance the overall experience Contribute to new business pitches, ensuring creative work is on-brief and stands out from the competition Confidently present your creative ideas to clients and broader stakeholders, successfully advocating for your conceptsCollaborate continuously with designers, technical teams, and account leads to maintain quality control and oversee creative work to ensure seamless execution Working hand in hand with production to deliver in-budget solutions while maintaining creative integrity Attend project meetings and provide creative input aligned with budgets and KPIs, refining concepts as development progressesParticipate in site visits to assess opportunities and map out the overarching experience Build and strengthen client relationships through consistently excellent creative outputWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:In this role, you will be working closely with our Executive Creative Director and Senior Leadership Team to oversee live projects and develop standout new business pitches. In addition, you will:Develop creative solutions/brand experiences for a range of key clients, across live and digital touchpointsWork closely with the Executive Creative Director and Senior Leadership Team to sell in high level ideas, whilst owning projects from start to finishAct as a guardian of visual and executional standards for all work you preside overConfidently present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale and cultural relevance behind the workProactively nurture and grow existing client relationships through strong creative leadershipContribute to new business development by leading and supporting pitches, helping to extend the agency’s portfolioSupport the growth of the creative department, nurturing a creative culture with a curious spirit YOUR SKILLS:In this role, we’re looking for a creative thinker who can add value to the team and offer a fresh perspective, alongside a hands-on working approach. Ideally, you’ll bring:Experience and Portfolio: 7+ years working in a similar creative agency environmentBroad client experience, including work with one or more of the following: global consumer/entertainment/sport brandsProven ability to craft compelling narratives for pitches and live campaigns, with strong presentation and storytelling skills Experience developing campaigns/experiences aligned with the clients’ tone of voice, brand positioning and channel relevance A strategic mind-set that uses a brief as a compass ensuring ideas meet objectivesA strong art directional eye and ability to bridge the gap between concept and executionA portfolio demonstrating experience in crafting broader integrated responses across multiple touch points, as well as experiential Collaboration:A collaborative, enthusiastic team playerConfident presenting to clients, with openness to feedback and adaptability in the creative development processTechnical and Industry knowledge: Competence in relevant creative and presentation tools (Adobe Creative Suite; Powerpoint)An understanding of earned media and social engagement, and the intersection of live events, technology, and digital platformsExperience working with print houses and set buildersAn ear to the ground, both in our industry and culturallyOrganisation and Delivery:Highly organised with great attention to detailComfortable managing projects within budgets and meeting tight deadlines without compromising qualityFlexibility to work some weekendsNICE TO HAVES:Work that has been recognised, whether awarded or featuredHave experience working in, or a passion for, sports, entertainment and music3D software knowledge.
