They’re small but high-performing, fully remote, and committed to deep market research over volume-driven KPIs.The Role: As a Researcher, you’ll support retained and contingent searches across senior mandates — building market maps, identifying key talent, and generating insight to guide search strategy. You’ll work closely with experienced search consultants and gain exposure to some of the most intellectually challenging talent markets out there.
