We are currently working with one of our global clients who are implementing a new ERP system and are looking to hire a hands on Change Manager on a permanent basis.Responsibilites:Lead change initiatives for digital transformations, including the new ERP system.Use change methodologies to promote user adoption and reduce resistance.Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support change.Partner with project teams, leaders, and users to assess impacts and ensure smooth transitions.Perform readiness checks and build action plans to support successful rollouts.Define and track KPIs to evaluate change adoption and effectiveness.Run workshops, training, and coaching sessions for key stakeholders.Identify and manage risks related to change and adoption.Offer post-go-live support and drive continuous ERP improvement.About you:Track record of leading large-scale digital and ERP transformations.Proven experience in change management and organisational development, ideally at leadership level.Strong knowledge of recognised change management methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills within multinational environmentsExperience working across cross-functional, multicultural teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsThis role offers full remote capability with occasional travel and a very competitive salary pacakge + benefits.
