As an ERP Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering systems enhancements and supporting the use of JD Edwards (JDE) across key business areas. Ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge looking to make an impact in a forward-thinking and net zero-focused organisation.
ERP Business Analyst Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of JDE application projects - from gathering business requirements to delivering solutions.
- Configure one or more JD Edwards modules to an expert standard.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, IT and operations to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Create detailed functional specifications and drive rigorous testing (SIT & UAT).
- Deliver user training and empower teams to use JDE tools confidently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through system housekeeping and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one JD Edwards (JDE) module.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all business levels.
- Exceptional data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing varied workloads with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Able to document and follow up on project meetings using risk and action logs.
- Experience in EDI, JDE interoperability, or modified JDE environments is a plus.
- Understanding of waterfall and agile project methodologies desirable.
- Familiarity with tools like BI Publisher or Transform is advantageous.
