EPR Programme Consultant in Nottingham

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced EPR Programme Consultant to join a global health services and technology team. This is a pivotal role, providing expert guidance and hands-on support for the delivery of EPR programmes across NHS and private healthcare settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving successful implementation, optimisation and adoption of EPR solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope and with measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted advisor to NHS and private healthcare clients, guiding EPR programme delivery and adoption.Lead and support the implementation of EPR solutions, including Epic and Cerner, across complex healthcare environments.Collaborate closely with internal project teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.Provide expertise in workflow design, system configuration, and integration with existing clinical and operational systems.Support change management, training, and adoption strategies to maximise system utilisation and efficiency.Monitor programme progress, report on risks and issues, and recommend mitigations to ensure successful outcomes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the wider team.Essential Requirements:Hands-on experience with Epic and Cerner EPR systems.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical systems, and IT integration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with clinical and operational teams.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments.Flexibility to travel as required across UK and Ireland sites.Desirable Skills:Experience in change management, training, or programme optimisation.Knowledge of additional EPR systems or healthcare IT platforms.
