KPMG is expanding its Technology Strategy practice and hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale digital and IT transformations across public and private sector organisations. This is a unique opportunity to shape technology-enabled change at the national level, influence C-suite agendas, and work at the forefront of cloud, AI, and IT operating model innovation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise IT strategies.
- Define future-state IT architectures leveraging Cloud, SAP, AI and emerging tech.
- Architect and implement IT Operating Models and technology cost optimisation initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to CIOs and senior stakeholders on digital transformation journeys.
- Work across multi-disciplinary KPMG teams to deliver collaborative, business-aligned technology solutions.
- Lead high-performing client delivery teams, supporting growth and capability development.
Key Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect within a major consultancy or complex organisation.
- Strong background in IT strategy, cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/SAP), and digital delivery.
- Proven expertise designing IT Operating Models and leading business-technology change.
- Track record advising at CxO level and delivering across major public or private sector clients.
- Familiarity with agile delivery at scale and emerging technologies like AI and data platforms.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with a commercial and delivery mindset.
- Passion for mentoring and enabling technical excellence in diverse teams.
