We are looking for an experienced, in person Trainer to join our growing team as an Associate delivering high-quality sector-specific, or clinical training across varying UK locations. This position requires you to drive and be happy travelling to various locations, within a reasonable distance across the UK. Positions are offered as Associates and paid on a competitive, daily rate basis.
About the Role
As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a range of clients including NHS and emergency services, large care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations. This is a demanding role ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face environment, is willing to travel to multiple organisations across the UK to raise the standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face, onsite training to multiple customers in Health & Social Care settings.
- Facilitate both mandatory and specialist courses.
- Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments.
- Ensure all content is aligned with UK legislation and best practice.
- Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles.
- Travel across the UK to client sites.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering training within Health & Social Care.
- A qualified trainer with over 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care.
- Relevant clinical or care background.
- Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.
- Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel.
