PHP Developers - frustrated by the lack of autonomy in your current role? You'll join as the first internal developer for a cyber security consultancy working with major organisations across critical infrastructure, transport, financial services, and public sector environments. You'll take ownership of all internal development tasks and processes, helping shape their customer-facing dashboard platform, implement best practice, and liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and help build solutions to meet the business's needs.
The environment is highly collaborative, technically advanced, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems through software engineering. You'll be working directly with cyber security specialists and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for new tooling, automation, and innovation.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing applications using PHP and Laravel
- Building API integrations across multiple systems
- Creating customer-facing dashboards and reporting tools
- Exploring AI-assisted development approaches
- Helping shape bespoke software solutions across the business
- Taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery
