We're working with a leading renewables business, recognised as one of SolarEdge's top installers, who are continuing to grow their delivery team across the UK. They're looking for qualified Electricians to support the installation and commissioning of commercial Solar PV projects, ranging from 100kW through to multi-megawatt sites across both public and private sectors. Solar experience isn't essential – full training can be provided. This role would suit someone from a commercial or industrial electrical background who's keen to step into the renewables space.
What you'll be doing:
- Installing and commissioning commercial Solar PV systems
- Working on projects across schools, hospitals, manufacturing sites and large commercial buildings
- Carrying out electrical testing, inspection and fault finding
- Supporting site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
- Working nationwide, with regular stays away as part of the role
What they're looking for:
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
- Willingness to travel and work away when required
- A proactive attitude and interest in renewable energy
