Why Perth?

Perth offers a highly liveable balance of career opportunity, space and lifestyle. Known for its sunny climate, relaxed pace and access to some of Australia's best beaches, it gives clinicians the benefits of a major capital city without the congestion and intensity of the east coast. With strong economic growth, a vibrant food and wine scene, excellent schools, family-friendly suburbs and easy access to places like Cottesloe, Scarborough, Kings Park and the Swan Valley, Perth is an attractive option for those looking to build a long-term career while enjoying a more outdoor, balanced way of life.

Why Smile Partners?

Smile Partners is Australia and New Zealand's largest orthodontic network, supporting independently branded, orthodontist-led practices across both countries. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Our role is to support great orthodontists and strong local practice brands with the operational, commercial and professional support they need to keep delivering excellent patient care.

You'll have access to:

  • clinical autonomy and respect for your treatment philosophy
  • experienced operational support across HR, finance, marketing and compliance
  • a national orthodontic peer network
  • mentoring and professional connection
  • clear and tailored ownership pathways for those interested in partnership
