We are seeking an energetic and pragmatic Engineering (Change) Coordinator to serve as the operational bridge across our Mechanical, Robotics, Operations and Production Engineering teams. As Dexory enters a high-growth phase and scales up product commercialisation, this role will be crucial in ensuring communication, accountability, and real-time problem-solving. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills. You will drive cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and real-time communication. Responsibilities:Facilitate day-to-day coordination between Engineering teams (Electro-Mechanical, Robotics, Procurement, Production etc).Collaborate closely with Procurement, Stores, and Services to track part availability, delivery schedules, and supply chain constraints.Monitor and collate product faults, changes, and feedback, ensuring they’re actioned and tracked (from engineering as well as service and installation teams). Drive urgency without bureaucracy; resolving issues quickly and practically.Process review and update – ensure you have a continuous way to simplify and streamline working processes. Facilitate daily or weekly sync-ups to unblock issues and increase momentum.Monitor Engineering Change Requests/ Internal Non Conformance Reports (ECRs/ INCR\’s) and ensure prioritization, progress, traceability and closure.Maintain records of issues, changes, and fixes with Engineering/Production traceability and feed this back into the engineering development process .Serve as the point of contact for Engineering updates flowing into operational teams.Ensure effective communication flow between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure tracking of timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of any risks early on. Escalate risks and delays proactively to relevant leads. Required Qualifications:Proven experience in an engineering coordinator, change analyst, or similar role within a complex systems engineering, autonomous hardware or high end manufacturing environment.Strong communication and people skills. Able to chase actions without creating friction.Familiarity with fast-moving electro-mechanical, robotics or manufacturing environments.Ability to read technical drawings.Highly organised, thrives under pressure and ambiguity.Tech-savvy with tools like Jira, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic data tracking.Skilled in bringing people together, gathering complex technical information and conflict resolution.
