Join ISS as an Employability Advisor and help individuals from disadvantaged and marginalised communities build careers in the Facilities Management sector.This nationwide role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK and provides the opportunity to directly support people into meaningful employment through training, coaching, and partnerships.About the Role:As an Employability Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our regional and national employability programmes. Working closely with the Employability Manager, you will engage with local partner organisations, deliver training, and help bridge the gap between communities and employment opportunities within ISS.Key Responsibilities:Deliver training and employability sessions to disadvantaged and marginalised groups in partnership with community organisations.Engage with ISS sites across the UK to understand recruitment needs and support inclusive, community-based hiring.Track and monitor the progress of candidates from training into employment, celebrating success stories and sharing learnings.Support ISS employees by contributing to internal training using real-life case studies and outcomes.Collaborate with the regional team on administrative and operational tasks that support the wider employability agenda.What We’re Looking For:Experience delivering training or employability support to disadvantaged or marginalised groups.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse communities.Ability to assess individual circumstances and guide candidates through tailored employability pathways.Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.A resilient, proactive, and adaptable approach with a passion for social impact.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence positive outcomes across teams.Key Collaborators:People & Culture teamsLearning & Development teamsAccount and Segment leadership teamsExternal partner organisations and community groupsSuccess Criteria:Increased number of individuals supported into training and employment.Measurable improvement in inclusive recruitment outcomes across ISS.Positive engagement and success stories shared across the business.Demonstration of ISS leadership competencies and safety standards.Why Join ISS?At ISS, we believe in creating inclusive opportunities that enable individuals to thrive.
